Terms of Service

Agreeing to these terms is mandatory to get a commission.

BASELINE TERMS

☁ You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a commission.☁ Visual references are a must; I will not work off of descriptions.☁ I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a commission at any time. If this happens, I will provide a full refund.☁ Non-fart alts are free, provided that they don't require me to alter the drawing too much. Ideally, all that would be required is hiding a fart cloud and facial expression layer. More involved alts will be subject to a fee.☁ I have a hard limit of 3 alt versions per commission, including the original. Anything past that will be subject to a surcharge.☁ I will draw:
• furries
• humans
• existing characters
• nudity
• simple or organic-looking mecha☁ I will not draw:
• scat
• ferals
• minors/cubs
• complex mecha
• any sort of bigotry or hateful content

PAYMENT

☁ All prices are in US Dollars.☁ Payment is accepted through Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. I will issue an invoice where appropriate.☁ You will need to have paid for your commission slot to be added to the queue.☁ Depending on your place in the queue, it could be a while before I get to your commission after payment. While I do not like to make people wait more than a couple of weeks, there is a possibility of a long wait if I have a long queue. Regardless, you can ask me about my queue progress at anytime, or refer to the main commissions page on this site.☁ Full pre-payment is preferred, but I will accept pre-payment of at least 50%. In this case, the full resolution file will only be delivered once I receive full payment.☁ Refunds are only given if I cannot complete a commission.

COMMISSION PROGRESS

☁ Turnaround is 1-6 weeks. This starts from the moment I notify you that your commission is active. The more complex the commission, the longer the turnaround.☁ Depending on your place in the queue and the complexity of your piece, it might be a while before I get to your commission. If you need it by a specific deadline (birthday present, etc), please indicate so on the Google Form and we can figure something out.☁ I will check in with my progress through Telegram or whatever choice of communication you prefer.☁ You can reach out to me about any edits at any part of the process, though it is preferred to give me your thoughts during a check-in. I will not progress your commission until each check-in has been reviewed and approved by you.☁ Minor edits are free. Any complex edits done after the commission is completed (or is near completion) will be subject to a fee.☁ While I accept basic suggestions for specific posing, expressions, situations, etcetera, I will ultimately execute my creative vision based on those details, not dependent on them.

USAGE

☁ You have free personal usage of your commission in any way you desire. This includes a profile picture, banner, background, printing for personal use, reposting, etc. Credit is not required but I would prefer if you linked to this site or my twitter ☻☁ If you wish to commission me for commercial work, please indicate so on the Google Form.☁ You may not use the commission for any NFT or crypto-related venture, nor to train AI with.☁ I reserve the right to use your commission as promotional material or to post on my own.
